Music Business and Entrepreneurship Mini-Camp for Composers & Music Creators
Designed for any composer or music creator who is working towards making a living with their music, or who just want to know how best to navigate the music industry and market for their music. This workshop will cover essential topics such as copyright, trademark, performance royalties, licensing, streaming, sync opportunities, marketing and promotion, and more. By the end of the workshop participants should have a clear understanding of the necessary steps to ensure they are properly compensated for their work going forward. Spanning a group workshop session and supplemented with individual one-on-one consultations with Dr. Allen.
